We gladly will Return items within 7 days of receipt of goods. *No Refunds on Free Plus Shipping Items*  There are no Refunds or Returns on change of mind cancellations.   

To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it. Refunds are only offered according to the return requirements below and we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. . Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained & unperfumed 
. Item(s) must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
  It must also be in the original packaging.

. Hair accessories, hats, socks & earrings cannot be returned 
. All pet products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons 
. Any Item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing 
  parts for reason not due to our error 
. Any Item(s) that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the details of your processed return. We process returns within 7 days of receipt! 

Shipping 
You will need to pay the postage costs for returning your item to us. If an item is eligible for a refund the cost of shipping is not included.
